Not only healthy foods that affect health. There are other lifestyle that play an important role in the health of our body and soul:
1. A positive mind. Realistically, do not be too hard on yourself, and learn to forgive those mistakes.
2. Breathe normally. A time to a few minutes a day to feel the flow of your breath. And relax.
3. Drinking. Water for metabolism and cell life. The body consists of 75% water, while 85% of the brain.
4. Sleep eight hours a day is imperative. Room lights not too bright, so that stress is lost in the morning.
5. Detoxification. Once in a while, rest your body organs. Give a natural food with no extra flavor to your body
So, get fit inside and outside by health lifestyle.
