Tricks Not Fail When Upgrading Profession

Perhaps you have experienced this: success in one place and undergo a permanent profession for many years, but feel that it's not your passion. Want to try to follow your heart, but you are afraid of failure. Or, when you think that the profession that you live now is the most suitable, uh another bid comes a tempting, but you have to let go of the old profession. Dare to try?

New Challenges
Many said that a golden opportunity does not come twice. But this does not mean you should rush to make decisions and say 'OK' when you come a challenging new profession. Despite a long career, when it will enter a new career path, as interesting as whatever it is, still required mature consideration and preparation.

On failure, this should not be your biggest fears.
